Our office theme day for 6/6/23 was Hawaiian Day!! 




A lei is a traditional Hawaiian garland or wreath made of flowers, leaves, shells, or other materials. The lei is often considered a symbol of aloha, which represents love, affection, and hospitality in Hawaiian culture. It is a way to greet and welcome others with warmth and open arms. Here at FPD we always try to welcome you with open arms and make you feel like part of the family.

3 INGREDIENT NICE CREAM: Blend together:  1 very ripe banana (peeled, chopped, and frozen overnight),  2 Tbl of cocoa powder,  and a splash of milk!  The less liquid, the better.  Keep in mind you may need to blend for a bit or take breaks to mix with a spoon. Blend until smooth! Feel free to add a bit of maple syrup to sweeten your ice cream and top as you desire! (Just remember to brush after!!)
