3 INGREDIENT NICE CREAM: Blend together:  1 very ripe banana (peeled, chopped, and frozen overnight),  2 Tbl of cocoa powder,  and a splash of milk!  The less liquid, the better.  Keep in mind you may need to blend for a bit or take breaks to mix with a spoon.
